TabTrade.com - The Honest Breakdown

TabTrade — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

The BlackBull connection matters. It says the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But preferable to a random name you cannot trace.

TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that is a few months old, the breadth is broad.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from one account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Access to both is useful. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is what most people know. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders prefer it after using both.

FIX API is available for algo traders but needs the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly coming. That would be a good addition when it lands.

What You Pay

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not for typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.

Execution Speed

The execution is where this broker stands apart. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run 100ms to 300ms.

Should you care? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering is strong. Few brokers with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

The FSRA Question

This is the part that requires honesty. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup costs real money. Dodgy operations do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. This does not guarantee anything. But inform your decision.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.

The Bonus

Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical deposit match. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before funding.
